Mr. Nadler began his career at Ernst & Young in New York, focusing on real estate tax compliance and structuring. He later worked at LS Power, where he added financial modeling and investor reporting to his areas of expertise, and then served as Director of Finance at Optimum Property Management, overseeing financial reporting and supporting partner and lender needs. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, graduating with highest honors.

As Chief Financial Officer at RCG, Mr. Nadler leads the internal accounting department, overseeing financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and investor returns. He also acts as a key liaison between RCG and its lending partners, ensuring transparency and stability across all financial operations. 

Beyond his role at RCG, Mr. Nadler teaches accounting and tax courses at Kean University, inspiring and shaping the next generation of finance professionals.
