Mr. Dershowitz’s real estate experience spans over two decades, with a proven track record in leading acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio and asset management. His initial real estate portfolio was built primarily in New Jersey, where he created immense growth while turning undervalued properties into profitable enterprises.  

Jack’s expertise goes far beyond the technicalities of construction and maintenance. His unique personality led him to immediately embrace the concept that a landlord is beholden not only to his bottom line, but to the comfort and security of his tenants. This outlook spurs him to work tirelessly to making every property he owns a true home for its residents, which is not only the right thing to do, but actually also serves to push occupancy rates and tenant retention higher, improving operating incomes.

This wealth of knowledge now serves RCG well, as Jack leads our operations team. With a strict schedule allowing him to personally visit each of our properties on a regular basis, his vast knowledge of construction management and organizational structure are instrumental to ensuring RCG is able to continue to lead the market in improvements and amenities while keeping costs to a minimum.
